(HRI) Roswell Park Division Department: Pharmacology & Therapeutics Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The laboratory of Dr. Megan Radyk in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics is in search of a candidate to support basic and translational research in pancreatic cancer. The lab aims to uncover how metabolic changes control the earliest steps of cancer formation, with the long-term goal of identifying new strategies for cancer detection and prevention. The lab uses primary cell culture, mouse models, clinically relevant samples, transcriptomics, and metabolomics to determine the mechanisms of pancreatic cancer initiation, focusing on cell communication and competition. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and time management skills.
