Job Description: Position Summary: This individual is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function for both domestic and international entities that the finance department manages inclusive of their respective treasury requests. The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the following: Monitoring and ensuring the timely payment of goods and services purchased and used by the entities that are managed by the team. Utilizing the applications that are in place to accurately enter the cost centers to allocate each portion of the invoice costs. Ensuring that expense reimbursements for prospective candidates are processed.
