Senior Manager, Process Management As a Senior Manager of Process Management within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will lead a team of process managers in building and delivering an enterprise-wide process hierarchy governance framework that enables transparency, improves business efficiency, and drives results. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the universal “language” of how our business functions while collaborating with first-line leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of the process hierarchy to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.
