Commercial Analyst Position Summary: The Commercial Analyst is responsible for the development and maintenance of select commercial tools, primarily focused on the customer forecast consolidation and commercial data management and reporting. Responsibilities include updates and modifications to the existing tools, to support the requirements of the business. Principle Responsibilities: - Monthly Customer Forecast Consolidation - Review and process all incoming customer forecasts - Follow up with account owners when forecasts are not received or become out of date - Maintain the input configuration files and complete the monthly consolidation process - Identify forecast gaps and work with the commercial teams and customers directly to obtain additional customer forecasts - Analyze forecast accuracy and develop tracking tools for both internal and external customers - Data Management and Reporting - Build dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI - Ensure data integrity and accuracy for decision-making - Monthly Business Reporting - Monthly Business Review (MBR) data and slides owner - Sales Battleplan data owner - Any other monthly commercial reporting...
