Overview The Olympic Tug & Barge (OTB) Crewing Coordinator organizes all aspects of crew changes. Responsibilities: - Book travel arrangements for appropriate crew change dates and locations. - Minimize travel expenses through planning and utilization of any/all available discounts with the Travel department. - Ensure tugs and barges are properly crewed and operated as per vessel COI’s and company policy. - Maintain a calendar tracking crew member’s time off (Vacation, sick leave, etc) and ensure the Company has proper crewing. - Keep crew schedule updated and operations apprised of any fleet needs. - Assists Dispatchers in scheduling crew changes and calling crewmembers. - Provide various billing and administrative support for dispatch. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Maritime industry experience strongly preferred. - Knowledge of oil transportation industry preferred. - Must be highly organized and detail oriented. - Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, etc) - Working knowledge of office management theories and practices. - Ability to get along with office staff and vessel crew members. - Ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact, and good j...
