In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels at Roschier, focusing on attracting top legal and business professionals in a competitive market. Your day-to-day work will span the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating processes, conducting interviews and assessments, and supporting hiring decisions.
