Job Summary: The Physical Therapist Senior-Neuro will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive and advanced program for physical therapy. This position will include performing patient evaluations, goal setting, integrative treatment planning, follow-up assessments and ongoing patient and family education. Will interact regularly with the other members of the Restorative Neurology Team in maintaining integrated, multidisciplinary treatment plans for all patients within the program. Will have regular interactions with community resources such as vendors and national organizations in an effort to provide the highest level of advocacy and care for our patients. Has oversight of equipment utilization within the Center along with the awareness of available programs to access equipment. Opportunities to participate in and initiate clinical research trials, involving physical therapy and patient treatments and/or outcomes. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required. Suitable combination of education, training or experience along with a California license in Physical Therapy is acceptable.
