Job description

Basic Purpose Participates in developing and retaining corporate knowledge related to regulations at the state and federal level. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of regulatory statements, adjustments, analyses and supporting testimony in compliance with all regulations and requirements. Resolves moderately complex regulatory financial issues. Contributes to the completion of various state and FERC reporting requirements. Works on the most complex situations and performs work on special projects and/or multidisciplinary and interdepartmental projects. Provides work direction and technical assistance to less experienced team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Filing Preparation, Submission, and Completion: Reviews and develops: - The timely preparation and review of documentation and schedules in support of state and FERC general rate case filings including statements, testimony, and management analyses. - Coordination with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data, documentation, and information for filings. - Filings to ensure consistency with financial reporting and compliance with FERC reporting guidance. - Recommendations for appropriate strategies a...
