The successful candidate is expected to report to Factory ZERO – Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center on a full-time basis. The Role: - This role is a launch‑critical electrical technical leader responsible for ensuring flawless execution of vehicle electrical systems during new product introductions and sustained plant operations. The individual owns electrical build readiness and issue resolution by leading data‑driven problem solving, maintaining the Plan for Every Connector, and ensuring clear, timely communication across plant teams. With launch as the primary focus, this role is deeply engaged in startup activities, change management, and rapid containment of electrical issues to protect quality metrics and the customer experience.
