Position Summary: ANSER is seeking a Policy Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Global Threats (ODASD (CN&SP)). The ODASD (CN&SP) advances the Department of Defense’s (DoD) mission to counter drug trafficking, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks. In this key role you will develop and assess policies related to counterdrug, counter-transnational organized crime, and counter-threat finance missions. You will provide strategic analysis of the global security environment and advise senior leaders on policy implications affecting DoD programs and partnerships and play a key role in shaping policies that align with U.S. national security objectives.
