Job DetailsJob Location: Suwanee Office - Suwanee, GA 30024Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 SalaryPOSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing day-to-day support and assistance to the employee population as part of the Human Resource Team, while ensuring optimum effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs, initiatives, and communication. Specific functional areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to Payroll, New Hire Onboarding and Orientation, Unemployment Compensation, Worker’s Compensation, Incident and EEO reporting and compliance, Rewards & Recognition. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily. Process multi-state bi-weekly company payroll in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations ensuring compliance with all company policies and statutory compliance. Responsible for accurate set up and system maintenance of State Withholding, SUI and local tax accounts and rates and registration of new accounts when required.
