Ensures the Site Management are improving their Daily Performance Management to meet global / divisional requirements. Ensures Site Leadership are improving their Continuous Improvement Planning to meet global / divisional minimum requirements. Ensures the Site leaders have the right Lean organizational structure and capabilities for: Responsible for developing lean capabilities in Site leaders through learn-by-doing methods.
