Description Position Summary: Sal’s Pizza is seeking a high-impact District Manager to help lead, develop, and scale operations across multiple restaurant locations. This role is critical to building a strong leadership culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, employee development, guest experience, and long-term growth. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, develops people, builds strong teams, and drives consistency across locations. The ideal candidate understands that great operations start with great leadership, training, communication, and culture. This is not a desk role. Successful candidates will be highly visible in stores, actively coaching managers, improving team performance, and helping create an environment where employees want to stay, grow, and succeed.
