This role is critical to driving successful outcomes for Albert's most strategically important customers, from the fuzzy front end of a deployment through to realized value. You'll bridge the gap between scientific R&D workflows and enterprise digital strategy, acting as a trusted advisor who brings structure to ambiguous environments and champions the customer's long-term success.
