Classification Title: Student Affairs Program Crd Classification Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Description: 35% Intake and Support 25% System Documentation 25% Administration 10% Collaboration 5% Other duties as assigned - Manage the intake process for individuals reporting, experiencing, or involved in alleged violations of Sexual Misconduct policies and refer cases to the appropriate SCCR staff member or other university office. - Conduct initial assessments, implement supportive actions and facilitate access to campus or community resources such as CARE, Victim Services, and the Behavioral Consultation Team (BCT). - Manage active caseloads for cases, ensuring timely follow-up, communication, and documentation at each stage including case closure. - Coordinate and conduct meetings with appropriate parties to explain processes, resolution options, and next steps while maintaining a trauma-informed and neutral approach. - Create new cases, forward and document incoming...
