We are looking for quality caregivers who care about who they are taking care of. We are looking for someone who wants to be a lead caregiver with training to be an assistant to our Care Coordinator. 40 Hours a week! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You may also be mentoring other caregivers after training to help us provide the best possible care in the homes of our clients! You will be a great fit for this position if you operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
