Job description

To be based in Miami, USA with key duties as follows: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback. Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies during all hiring processes. Collaborate with HR and business leaders on succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
