Pricing Operation Manager Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Paris: Reporting To: Pricing Lead: Compensation: €65,000 - €75,000 / year Description: Upway is hiring a Pricing Operations Manager. This is a critical role for Upway’s next phase of growth: from 50k to 1M E-Bikes refurbished per year, from 6 to 10+ UpCenters. The Pricing Operations function will own and continuously improve the pricing operations at the core of Upway’s business. Our mission is to make fast, accurate, and data-driven pricing decisions that fuel our growth, while protecting our margins and keeping inventory moving rapidly. You will oversee our core pricing processes, from fine-tuning our pricing model coefficients to running weekly pricing reviews. You will work closely with team leaders and executive leadership to drive commercial success. What you will do: Own the weekly pricing process to determine if we should increase or decrease our buying and selling prices for different e-bikes.
