Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor you will: - Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Pharmacy Technicians. - Oversees all aspects of pharmacy technician duties, including but not limited to recruitment, training, initial and annual competencies, workflow, scheduling, conflict resolution, corrective action, and performance reviews. - Evaluate, refine, develop, implement, and monitor workflow processes and improvement initiatives. - Oversee timekeeping and payroll which includes scheduling staff, monitoring overtime, tardiness, and absences. - Provide staff training and development. - Responsible, in conjunction with pharmacy leadership for USP 795, 797, and 800 compliances - Create and evaluate competency assessments. - Responsible for conflict resolution and corrective action when appropriate. - Participate in the recruiting process...
