Position Summary Under the direction of the Regional Controller, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the support of multiple sites to include integrity of all assets, inventory control, product costing, factory reporting and account reconciliations. This position will support the Dublin and Southington plants. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform month end close activities (journal entries, accruals analysis etc.), prepare profit and loss statements and detailed financial planning and analysis of operations to facilitate management decision making; assist as needed with monthly close and financial audit. - Assist in the standards development process, track operational results and prepare management reports. - Partner with plant functions to deliver productivity improvements, cost reduction plans, working capital improvements and capital efficiency. - Support preparation and submission of capital expenditure requests; provide analysis of spend and ROI. - Provide quality financial analysis to operational and financial managers based on a thorough understanding of each of the plants to ensure management has information and understanding needed to make effective business...
