Job Description: - Oversee entire delivery lifecycle of Single Family New Technology Adoption (SFNTA) products from inception to engineering to supporting app teams with product adoption. - Identify broader problems in Single Family (SF) delivery and recommend automation improvements. Lead developers to ensure timely and high quality product delivery. - Understand the vision of the SF modernization, and partner with SFNTA Chief Tech Lead, Product Owner, and BTO application technology leaders to create SFNTA roadmaps and backlogs that promote modernization of SF applications. - Research available technologies, tools, and patterns to create, engineer, and roll out the best solution based on predetermined roadmaps. - Develop and maintain working relationships with application and infrastructure teams, as well as Technical Leads, to collaborate on solution development and guide them in the adopti...
