Summary: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p; Fulltime; 40hrs per week Location: 1 Monarch Place; Springfield MA (Hybrid in MA/CT candidates only) The Account Representative is responsible for the service, renewal and retention of a n assigned book of business in the small group eligible market . This role provid es a broad spectrum of internal support to the Existing Business Account Executives , as well as performing day - to - day administrative functions, which support Health New England’s clients, brokers and internal customers. The Account Representative contribute s to the overall success of the Sales Department ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives . The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and adhering to internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and following Health New England’s entity level policies and procedures.
