Shift: Part Time, Sunday and Monday 9:00AM-5:00PM Job Description: A Certified Therapeutic Rehabilitation Specialist (CTRS) is a person who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, or related field and certified through NCTRC or pending certification exam within 90 days of hire. A CTRS is responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic services to a diverse population using recreation, cooperative activities, adapted physical education/leisure, to facilitate the emotional and mental wellbeing of individuals. As a member of Therapeutic Rehabilitation services, a CTRS is also responsible for the assessment, treatment planning and documentation of the assigned clients as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Job Responsibility: 1.Provides clinical interventions in various treatment modalities within their scope of practice. 2.Demonstrates flexibility in working collaboratively with peers and other disciplines within all service areas 3.Participates in service-based Quality Improvement initiatives. 4.Participates in patient assessments and treatment planning as a part of the multidisciplinary team. 5.Performs related duties, as required. *ADA Essential Functions...
