JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive, proactive, strategic, and day-to-day human resources support to assigned customer groups or locations. This role creates partnerships across the HR and business functions to deliver value-added services to management and teammates, reflective of the organization’s objectives. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: - Builds and maintains strong, trusting and transparent relationships with teammates and leadership. Provides recommendations to HR team on creating and maintaining an engaged workforce. Coordinates related initiatives. - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. - Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - Supports assigned departments with change management. - Supports exempt and non-exempt recruiting efforts.
