Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, Financial Counseling What Financial Assistance Counseling (RCM) contributes to Cardinal Health Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice. Financial assistance counselors guide patients through their healthcare financial obligations. The RCM Financial Counseling Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing front‑end financial counseling services within a large, multi‑site oncology Management Services Organization (MSO). This role is highly patient‑ and provider‑facing, with a primary focus on delivering immediate, high‑touch financial support to patients and oncology care teams at the point of care. The Manager ensures timely, accurate, and compassionate financial guidance related to insurance coverage, benefits, prior authorizations, estimates, and financial assistance programs. This role partners closely with clinical teams to remove financial barriers to care, improve patient access, and support informed treatment decisions while driving RCM performance.
