Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager 1 for Springfield City Schools in Springfield, MA. This hands‑on leadership role supports and oversees multi‑site food service operations across 4–6 school locations, with responsibility for approximately 15–25 frontline employees. The Operations Manager 1 serves as a visible people leader, ensuring daily operational execution, food safety compliance, and consistency in service standards. Success in this role requires a confident, organized leader who can support and coach site teams, monitor operational basics, review key performance indicators, and maintain positive working relationships.
