This role is essential for supporting patient safety and overall hospital operations. Shift time: 7am - 3pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Wet mops and disinfects floors in patient care and operating room areas. 2. Cleans and disinfects walls, furniture, floors, and operating room equipment. 3. Cleans all horizontal and vertical surfaces as needed. 4. Moves contaminated mattresses and cleans underneath; moves operating room tables and cleans underneath. 5. Collects and disposes of trash, dirty linens, and medical waste in accordance with hospital protocols. 6. Maintains housekeeping equipment and utility closets in an orderly and clean manner. 7.
