Description The Packaging Lead is responsible for overseeing essential packaging functions in a safe and efficient environment. This role involves leading, training, and supervising personnel while ensuring the secure movement and packaging of all customer products. The Packaging Lead must complete all required paperwork, maintain inventories, operate forklifts, perform light maintenance, and assist with railcar movement. Effective communication with management and maintenance teams is essential to maintaining production uptime.
