Description AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Plating Operator to join our growing company. The Plating Operator will be working in a fast-paced, production environment. Knowledge of printed circuit boards is a plus. Essential Job Function: - Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing. - Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters. - Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths. - Load the line. - Work around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handling. - Follow customers’ specifications. - Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs. - Able to stand for long periods of time. - Maintains and cleans all department equipment. - Screwing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually). - Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time. - Position involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.
