What You’ll Do Own the Numbers Behind Our Trade Spend You’ll play a key role in ensuring our promotional investments are accurate, aligned, and well-managed. - Review and validate customer trade claims against approved promotions and agreements - Ensure trade accruals are accurate and reflect actual activity - Partner with Sales and brokers to review, approve, or challenge deductions - Maintain accurate accounting records and support timely collections through aging reviews Investigate & Resolve Deductions: You’ll bring clarity to discrepancies and help us recover value where it matters. - Research deductions related to pricing, shortages, returns, damages, and compliance programs - Identify invalid or duplicate claims and prepare supporting documentation to dispute them - Work through resolutions efficiently and ensure accurate system update Collaborate Across Teams: This role connects multiple parts of the business, you’ll work cross-functionally to solve issues and prevent them from recurring. - Partner with Sales to confirm promotional execution and funding - Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to investigate delivery, freight, and fulfillment issues - Communicat...
