We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across our campus. In this role, you’ll support the daily cleanliness and upkeep of our buildings and grounds while contributing to a positive, service-oriented experience for residents, families, and team members. What You’ll Do: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facility buildings, including common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces. Clean and prepare guest rooms, including set-up and breakdown for events and resident use. Shampoo and disinfect floors and carpeted areas; strip, wax, and buff floors as needed. Sweep and clean exterior areas to support the overall appearance of the campus. Wash windows and screens; clean vents in resident rooms and hallways.
