Hartford Fire Insurance Company in Hartford, CT has the following opening for a Staff Software Engineer. Summary of Duties: Maintain accountability for software designs across multiple product teams. Focus on collaboration and thought leadership to drive continuous improvements. Support development and implementation of a new AWS Cloud Based File Integration Layer application between HIG LOB’s and our new Treasury SaaS provider. Support in-house Enterprise Financial Reporting datastore. EFR provides dynamic, self-service, parameter-driven Tableau dashboards and data sources for the Managed Reporting environment. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation templates, Terraform, YAML files, build specifications, and Lambda functions to have a completely automated build and release process for all AWS resource infrastructure and code artifacts.
