The Position: Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch. Leads, coaches, and manages technical personnel within Service Department. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area. - Monitor quality of work performed by technicians. - Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures. - Investigate and resolve customer complaints. - Control and maintain tools and equipment. - Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained. - Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary. - Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel. - Directly supervise service personnel. - Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel. - Generate repair orders for customer repairs. - Purchase and control job supplies. - Train new service personnel. - Other duties as assigned.
