Location: Poland (Hybrid/ Remote/ Office) Travel: Around 20% travel is expected within Poland and EMEA Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Principal Maximo Consultant to lead the delivery of large-scale implementation projects. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex projects. As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a leader of the technical team to ensure project success. You will also be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals through the effective use of Maximo. Responsibilities: Serve as the technical solution leader on complex, high-profile Maximo implementation projects, guiding the process from initial design to final deployment. Lead the hands-on configuration, customization, and development of Maximo, translating functional requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions.
