Job DetailsJob Location: Colorado Springs, CO - Colorado Springs, CO 80909-8090Education Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesAt Griffith Centers our Behavior Line Staff is responsible for providing individualized behavioral and job coaching to help clients manage and reduce challenging behaviors, while teaching effective coping skills and supporting treatment goals. This role collaborates with therapists and caregivers, models appropriate behaviors, and ensures consistent, client-centered support across various settings. What We Offer: Salary range: $22/hr - $30/hr. Medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits available to employees the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
