What You’ll Do: - Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers - Troubleshoot chilled water systems, pumps, cooling towers, and controls - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues - Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently - Assist with equipment start-ups and system upgrades - Document service work using company software - Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service Requirements: What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of commercial HVAC or chiller experience (Trane, Carrier, York, or Daikin Chillers, etc) - Experience with centrifugal, screw, or scroll chillers preferred - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Universal EPA Certification - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Professional, dependable, and team-oriented - Comfortable using tablets a...
