Job Summary: Responsible for the development and implementation of the Maintenance and Technical Training programs across the fleet that meet the requirements of the Academy of Nuclear Training Accreditation Objectives and Regulatory requirements. The M&T Training Manager works closely with Maintenance, Chemistry, RP, and Engineering departments at multiple Vistra fleet sites to identify training needs and develop effective training programs that improve performance and support the strategic staffing plan of the Maintenance and Technical departments. Internally interfaces with Plant Managers, Directors of Maintenance, Senior Managers of RP / Chemistry, and Directors of Engineering across multi-sites across the fleet. Interfaces routinely with senior industry personnel including NRC, INPO, Nuclear Safety Review Board and Nuclear Oversight Committee.
