It leads the execution and overall Alstom performance with regards to Wayside Signaling Projects (Interlocking, ERTMS and TMS technologies) for the Italian market. - Manages and coordinates a portfolio of Projects assigned to a team of Project Managers accountable for the related QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance) commitments. The Project Portfolio Manager is the line manager of those project managers. - Is accountable for the QCDP performance of the projects in their portfolio. - Allocates proper Project Management resources, arbitrates as per Alstom priorities in case of conflicts and in collaboration with all stakeholders. - Interfaces with Country Project Direct...
