The expected hiring range for this position is: $88,800.00-$116,900.00. Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such the scope and responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the selected candidate, business considerations, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs. Fermilab ’s Accelerator Directorate , Beams Division , is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Physicist II to support the Main Injector Department. Under the general direction of a senior Engineering Physicist, Engineer, or Scientist, the selected candidate applies fundamental knowledge of physics, engineering principles, and problem-solving techniques to support the design, development, and operation of moderately complex systems, components, and processes. This role utilizes modern analytical tools, software and hardware development methods, system integration and testing practices, and microelectronic circuit design principles commonly used in scientific, chemical, mechanical, and engineering applications.
