THE JOB: Analyst, Practice Transformation: The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range. Starting Salary Range: $70,856 - $88,570. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Transformation, the Analyst, Practice Transformation, provides analytical support to the PI leadership team and maintains the integrity and utility of the data collected in the program’s client relationship management (CRM) system, and across other platforms, related to the delivery of services by the Practice Support Program and the Doctors Technology Office. This position is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of data standards within the CRM including the upskilling and training of field staff to promote consistent, high quality data entry and usage.
