The AVP, Underwriting Service Operations is responsible for direct oversight of multiple work teams led by Managers/Supervisors that perform underwriting support functions. The position is responsible for developing executable plans to ensure best practices and operational standards are met. The USO leader manages team performance to Service Level standards and leverages LEAN management systems to drive business value, continuous improvement and customer engagement. The position tracks work output and individual Key Performance Indicators. The USO Leader is accountable for optimal workflow, cost effective resource management, and building capabilities within operations.
