Position Title: Assistant Men’s Ice Hockey Coach / Game Day Site Manager Department: Athletics. Classification: Exempt. FTE: 1.0. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend hours for special events. Travel: Up to 3% of work schedule (local Twin Cities metro area, with minimal national and international travel). Work Location: Hybrid. WFH 1-2 days a week. Will work on campus fully for the first three months. Salary Range: $43,000-$45,000. Position Overview: The St. Olaf Athletic Department is in search of a talented and hardworking assistant coach to become a member of a premier Division III men’s hockey program in the country. This position is a full-time role within the athletic department. It requires a flexible work schedule; nights and weekends are necessary, and traveling with teams is required. Game Day Site Manager - expectation is to cover all home games of the sport assigned, with some flexibility around recruiting and non-traditional seasons (if applicable).
