Engineer, Satellite Manufacturing - Product ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Manufacturing Engineer – Product is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, repeatable, and high-quality production of satellite products. Acting as the technical interface between product design and production, this role ensures that manufacturing methods, tools, documentation, and workflows are robust, scalable, and aligned with cost, schedule, and quality objectives across the full product lifecycle. AS a Senior Engineer, Satellite Manufacturing - Product, you will be responsible to : - Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to improve efficiency, yield, cost, and product quality - Lead or support manufacturing process development for new product introductions (NPI), including tooling, fixtures, layouts, and production methods - Translate engineering designs into production-ready documentation such as work instructions, assembly procedures, control plans, and tooling requirements - Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in collaboration with product design teams - Support production t...
