Production Assistant – Event Support $25/hour 📍 On-site in Huntington Beach| Short-Term Event Role We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Assistants to support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences. Schedule & Staffing Needs: *Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday. Sunday, May 3rd (Load-In): Monday, May 4th: Tuesday, May 5th: Wednesday, May 6th: (Load-Out): Candidates may apply for one or multiple days based on availability. Key Responsibilities: Usher guests to and from event spaces Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments Assist with load-in and load-out as needed Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to lift at least 30 pounds Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset w...
