General information Reference: 2026-1406 Position description: Job title: Payroll Lead Function: Central Services - Manager Professional support Roles & Responsibilities: To strengthen the Corporate HR Team, we are currently recruiting a Payroll Lead. Key responsibilities: -Take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll processes for multiple legal entities (approximately 7 entities). -Monitor compliance with employment law, social security law, tax regulations and internal policies impacting payroll. -Oversee the collection and validation of payroll data in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. -Conduct and oversee regular payroll controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance. -Identify, investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and structured manner. -Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in HR systems (including hires, terminations, promotions and contractual changes). -Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for payroll-related topics, including process optimization, documentation and system improvements. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes and support system integrations across HR tools. -Coordin...
