Apply structured problem‑solving, strategic frameworks, and analytical methods to address complex client challenges. Oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating across multi‑disciplinary teams. Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, building trusted relationships and supporting effective expectation management. Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting skill development, performance, and engagement. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
