In this role, you'll: be working as part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division, within the Enterprise Change Management Branch, you will support Change Enablement and Delivery. You will provide support to stakeholders in the design and delivery of people program–focused change management projects and services, ensuring smooth project delivery for the Transport Cluster. You’ll play a key part in shaping and improving how we deliver enterprise wide change across the business. You’ll help design and refine change management frameworks, strategies and reporting, whilst driving best-practice that make change seamless. You’ll also support the development of our Centre of Excellence and Change Resource Hub, building tools and resources that boost capability and consistency.
