UX Designer (Partner Experience - Product Catalog)

Job Description: In the Partner Experience domain , you will focus on the end-to-end experience of our Partners - including Merchants and Brands. Your mission is to shape how they interact with the Product Catalog and optimize their listing tools , which are critical to their success on our platform. We aren't looking for someone who just "draws screens", we need a designer who understands the complexity of the Partner journey and can revolutionize the way they manage their offers. This is the right job for you if you: - Have a proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces. - Are comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints. - Are a strong communicator who can navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience. - Can search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements. - Know English at B2 level or higher. - Know Polish at minimum C1 level.
