Medical Lab Technician PRN - Flexible, As Needed Job Summary: The Medical Lab Technician is responsible for conducting routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens to support accurate and timely patient diagnosis and care. This role requires expertise in performing moderate and high-complexity tests while adhering to strict quality control standards, laboratory protocols, and regulatory guidelines. The Medical Lab Technician is also tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information.
