The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in the Nordics supporting our organizational goal to provide reliable service in the industry. We are looking for Customer Care Team Lead for the Nordics and Global Partner Sales who will be responsible for leading and developing the team while directly participating in daily operations.: You ensure that priorities are clear from the start of the day and that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will handle complex issues, monitor order and performance statistics, and be prepared to adjust to evolving customer needs. The team you will be part of: You will be part of the Customer Care team in our Headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark and it is a full time and onsite position.
